Burt Williams and Ed Selyem established their Russian River Valley winery with two lofty ambitions in mind: to create wines that set the bar for excellence and to get to know and serve their consumers on a personal level.
Pumping, filtration, or other techniques that could destabilize or impair the quality of the wine are not used in our process from fermentation to bottling. Over the years, they confirm they have learned not to rush our grapes. Respect the grapes, and your efforts will always be rewarded by the wines. The leading wine is Pinot Noir in this vineyard, but you can find also Zinfandel, or some white and elegant Chardonnay.
