GIBLIN is a dialect expression for "Giubellini" (old farm-house in Monforte d’Alba town); it is a Barolo selection, which sums up the personality of Nebbiolo grape with most up-to-date wine making technologies. The refining is in small French oak barrels. The wine is complex velvety and elegant.

  • Vinification: Fermentation with pumpovers in stainless steel tanks for about 6 days and further long maceration for 10 days
  • Maturation: In barrels of medium toasted Allier for 24 months, with refinement for about 6 months in bottle
